Membership
Potential members should keep in mind that our group’s investments are heavily focused on companies that offer opportunities in the Lincoln Trail Region.
Individual members may invest in any company without limitation.
The maximum number of Units of Membership per investor is five (5). The group has no employees.
Each unit shall be $10,000 of which $1,000 will be paid by each Member as the initital subscription. The remainder of $9,000 is callable, from time to time, in $1,000 increments by the Investment Committee for selected ventures.
We also ask that all members sign a subscription agreement that states, among other things, the following:
“The undersigned is financially able to bear the economic risk of this investment, including the ability to hold this investment for an indefinite period and to afford a complete loss of this investment. The undersigned has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of this investment.”
