LTVG Investments

At each meeting of the board, each presentation from the previous meeting is discussed and evaluated.  If a consensus among the board is to pursue investment, a board member is selected to perform a due diligence analysis of the company.  This is typically done in two stages.  First, the selected board member will meet with the principals of the company to discuss questions from the board.  In the event those questions yield further interest, the board member will then begin a full due diligence analysis.  This process may take a substantial amount of time.  Upon completion of the due diligence, the board member will make a recommendation regarding the company based on the outcome of the analysis.

Individual Investments

Any member of the LTVG may invest individually in any company at any time.  We encourage our members to do so.  While encouraged, these investments should not be deemed an endorsement by LTVG.
